Here you are standing before an unknown future with both brokenness and beauty behind you and before you.

There are some things I want you to know:

That great despair and joy await you. Don’t be afraid.

That true friends are the ones who see past your mess and love you anyway.

That your body is not flawed, it is not a project that needs fixing. It is a marvelously made vehicle for living.

That family is one of the greatest treasures worth investing your life in.

That you are braver than you know, and Jesus will fight your battles for you.

That your struggle is not your identity.

That true beauty isn’t about how you look, it’s about how you make others feel.

That your greatest breakdowns will be your biggest blessings in disguise.

That to discover deep joy you must live a life beyond yourself.

That some of your wildest dreams will come true, but they don’t increase your worth.

That certain assumptions about how your life will go will not come into fruition but God is writing a different story for you.

Lastly, that you are God’s child in whom He delights and nothing will ever separate you from His love.
