This weekend we led a workshop at Biola for young female leaders called “Wonderfully Made: Becoming Who You Are In Christ,” and were fortunate enough to share truth with over 300 high-school-aged girls from various schools in California.
We talked about true value, real beauty, and overcoming media and peer pressures that are so common for all of us as young women. We also showed our Psalm 139 video, and although Christie wasn’t able to be there in person, we shared her HerStory video so they could hear the wisdom God has given her through tough experiences in her past.
Thank you to all of you girls who attended—we pray that you’ll have more and more opportunities on your campuses to show your peers how loved and valuable they are.
