Helping girls know their worth, walk in truth, and live the flourishing lives they’ve been created for.
Dear Parent,
You want your daughter to be confident, grounded in her faith, and secure in who God created her to be—but today’s culture makes that harder than ever. Between social media, anxiety, body image issues, and confusing messages about identity and sexuality, so many girls are confused and struggling.
Invest in your daughter’s spiritual and emotional well-being by enrolling her in our distinguished coaching program grounded in truth, led by caring coaches, and designed to help her flourish. Let’s raise a generation of girls who know they are deeply loved, boldly confident, and anchored in God.
Why Thrive?
Thrive offers a safe, grace-filled space for your daughter to discover her true identity, grow in her faith, navigate the pressures of today’s world, and develop a healthy relationship with herself and others. From tackling tough topics like mental health, social media, eating struggles, and sexuality—all from a Biblical perspective—to discovering her purpose, this program equips her with tools that will impact her for life.
Thrive is a one-of-a-kind coaching referral program that equips teen girls to rise above the pressures of our culture and live with confidence and purpose.
Through the mentorship and compassionate support of trusted certified life coaches, your daughter will discover her true worth, grow in emotional and spiritual health, and build a solid foundation for life.
We refer your daughter to our trusted network of certified life-coaches. While these life-coaches operate independently of Wonderfully Made, they will guide your daughter through our one-of-a-kind curriculum.
Thrive is available for your daughter to do one-on-one with a certified coach or as a group with some of her friends. We also offer life coaching for moms pending our availability.
Through weekly coaching sessions, guided reflection, and support, your daughter will be equipped to navigate the following topics with confidence:
+ Value, Confidence, and Identity:
Girls will learn they are lovingly and wonderfully made, created on purpose and for a purpose. They’ll discover their unshakable value in God and how to live with boldness and grace in a culture that often sends confusing and harmful messages.
+ Emotional Wellness + Brain Health:
This program offers a safe space to talk through struggles while integrating Scripture, spiritual practices, and practical tools to build resilience, hope, and a healthier brain. Girls will explore their strengths and values, and be challenged to confront negative self-talk.
+ Eating Disorders & Balanced Relationship with Food:
Girls will be gently guided towards cultivating a healthy and balanced relationship with food, healing from disordered eating, and learning to see food and their bodies through God’s loving lens, not the culture’s.
+ Body Image:
We’ll tackle the lies of comparison and perfectionism and embrace a vision of beauty rooted in God’s truth. Girls will learn how to appreciate and care for their bodies.
+ Social Media & Digital Wellness:
This portion of the program educates girls on the harms of social media and if they are allowed to use it, helps them set healthy boundaries, combat FOMO and online comparison, and rediscover joy and connection outside the screen.
+ Sexuality and God’s Design:
With love, clarity, and compassion, we’ll explore God’s good design for our sexuality, helping girls understand their worth and make wise choices that align with their values and faith.
+ Friendships and Relationships:
She will learn skills on how to cultivate healthy friendships, become a better friend, and have healthy relationships with trusted adults.
+ Purpose and Calling:
Each girl will be encouraged to seek God for direction and purpose in her life, discovering her unique gifts, passions, and how she can shine His light in the world.
Thrive is a journey of growth, truth, and transformation. Through mentorship, Scripture-based guidance, and encouragement, your daughter will be empowered to be the amazing young woman God created her to be.
How It Works
Each week, she’ll join a 75-minute live coaching session led by a trusted, loving certified coach who will guide her through powerful lessons, coaching, and mentoring. Before each session, she’ll watch a corresponding video lesson from our signature course taught by our founder Allie Marie Smith, laying the foundation for that week’s topic—from identity and mental health to body image, social media, and purpose.
In addition to weekly sessions, she’ll receive exclusive access to our online course for extra support and encouragement. To make the experience even more meaningful, your daughter will also receive a welcome package in the mail, including a copy of Wonderfully Made and a few thoughtful gifts designed to remind her how deeply loved and valued she is.
This is more than a program—it’s a transformative journey to help her thrive as the young woman God created her to be.

Are the weeks consecutive? What happens if I have to miss a week?
To get the most out of our coaching program, we recommend being as consistent as possible in meeting consecutively. Our life coaches will try to accommodate your schedule when possible, but this is not guaranteed. This is a 6-week program to be completed in its entirety, so your daughter gets the most out of the program.
What is the difference between life coaching and therapy?
Our life coaching program is tailored to your daughter's needs and can support a wide range of goals such as: learning how to have healthy friendships, learning how to manage stress and other mental health issues, learning how to cultivate wise boundaries with social media, build confidence, and more. (Please refer to the topic of the week in our Program Overview.) As life coaches, our goal is to focus on the present and future, not delve into past trauma. We do not: provide a mental health diagnosis, form a treatment plan, or work with insurance companies. We do: set goals together and teach valuable, faith-based strategies for managing mental health issues.

Is coaching a replacement for therapy?
Coaching is not a replacement for therapy or professional mental health treatment. Coaching is designed to support teen girls who are emotionally stable and functioning well in their daily lives but may benefit from additional encouragement, guidance, and personal development in areas like identity, confidence, purpose, and goal-setting.
Coaching is not appropriate for girls who are experiencing daily challenges in functioning due to mental health issues. If your daughter has a diagnosable mental health condition, such as depression, anxiety, or an eating disorder, she must be actively receiving treatment from a licensed mental health professional. In these cases, she must also be cleared by her provider as being in a stable place to receive coaching support alongside her professional care.
Our coaching services are intended to complement a teen girl's personal growth—not to diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions. If you are unsure whether coaching is a good fit for your daughter, we strongly encourage you to consult with her healthcare provider.
What kinds of life-coaching do you offer?
Our life coaching program can be done one-on-one with a certified coach or counselor, or as a group with friends. We also offer life coaching for moms, pending our availability.
How much does it cost? Do you offer scholarships?
$570 for an individual ($95 per session x 6 sessions)
$300 for a group ($50 per session x 6 sessions)
We do not offer full scholarships. Partial scholarships are need-based, and you must apply to be considered to receive one. This can be discussed in our consultation call.
