Wonderfully Made’s Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible is more than just an old book—it is God’s love letter to us, full of hope and wisdom. Best of all, it reveals who God is and how deeply He cares for us.

We believe that God created both women and men on purpose, in His image, and with beautiful uniqueness. He designed marriage as a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, a picture of His love and faithfulness.

We believe that every life matters—from the tiniest baby in the womb to the oldest person on earth—because each of us was created in God’s image by God Himself (Genesis 1:26). We are deeply loved, wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and our lives have value that cannot be measured by human standards.

We believe in one amazing, good, and holy God who exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It’s a mystery, but it shows us how close and connected God wants to be with us—in every part of our lives.

We believe in Jesus Christ: fully God, fully human. He was born to a young woman named Mary, lived a perfect life, and gave Himself for us on the cross. He took our place, carried our sin, and rose from the dead so we could live with Him forever (Romans 5:8). That’s love like no other.

We believe we can’t earn our way to God—it’s all by grace. That means salvation is a free gift through faith in Jesus. All He asks is that we believe in Him with our hearts and confess Him with our mouths (Romans 10:9).

We believe the Holy Spirit lives inside everyone who follows Jesus. He comforts us when we’re hurting, gives us wisdom when we’re lost, and helps us grow to be more like Jesus.

We believe that one day, Jesus will return. Those who reject God’s love have chosen eternal separation from Him, and those who believe have chosen eternal joy in God’s presence (Matthew 25:46; Psalm 16:11). Jesus will establish a new heaven and earth where there’s no more pain, no more fear – just life with Him, forever (Isaiah 65:17).

We believe our purpose here is to love others, share the good news of Jesus, and live a life that honors Him. We won’t be perfect, but we can be faithful, bold, and kind.

And finally, we know we won’t always have every answer—but we trust God’s Word to guide our beliefs, choices, and values. It’s our foundation, our compass, and our anchor.

This is the faith we hold onto, the truth we live by, and the hope we carry in our hearts.

A Personal Declaration of Faith

I believe in a loving, powerful God who created me with intention and purpose. He knew my name before I took my first breath, and He calls me His daughter—a masterpiece, fearfully and wonderfully made.

I believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who came to earth out of pure love for me. He lived a perfect life, died on the cross to take away my sin, and rose again so I could live in freedom and hope. Through Him, I am forgiven, chosen, and never alone.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, who lives in me and walks with me every step of the way. He gives me strength when I feel weak, peace when I feel anxious, and guidance when life gets confusing. He reminds me that I am never too broken or too far gone for God’s grace.

I believe the Bible is God’s Word—alive, true, and always relevant. It speaks to my heart, helps me understand who God is, and teaches me how to love others the way Jesus loves me.

I believe that my identity isn’t found in popularity, appearance, or perfection—but in being a beloved child of God. He sees beauty in my heart, worth in my story, and purpose in my every step.

I believe I am called to live boldly, love deeply, and shine the light of Christ in everything I do. Whether in school, online, with friends, or at home, I want to reflect His kindness, truth, and grace.

I don’t have to have it all figured out, because God is patient, faithful, and always working in my life. Even in the hard seasons, I trust that He is writing a story full of hope and meaning.

This is my faith. This is my foundation. And I will walk with Jesus all the days of my life.
