This year we’ve seen so much growth in Wonderfully Made, and had the chance to reach more young women than ever before with a message of hope and truth about their value and worth. Here are some specific ways we’ve made an impact, thanks to your support—financially, prayerfully, and through spreading the word about us socially…
We Launched our New HerStory Film Series
We filmed two real-life testimonies this year for our brand new HerStory film series. This project will feature dozens of girls’ powerful stories of redemption. Watch the first film here.
Our College Chapters Continued to Thrive
Under the guidance of our faithful student leadership teams, each of our four college chapters (Santa Clara University, Westmont College, Pepperdine University, Point Loma Nazarene University) continued to collectively impact the lives of thousands of women in their campus and community through programs, mentoring, activities and small groups.
Our Blog Reached over 15,000 Young Women Across the World
Under the management of Natalie Lynn Borton, our Director of Marketing, our blog hit a whole new level this year. We established a dynamic team of blog contributors and addressed pertinent topics in an effort to encourage, inspire and challenge today’s modern young women. We even heard from blog readers from countries such as Norway, South Africa and Brazil!
We Signed a Contract for a New Bible Study Series
Set to release in June of 2012, our new small group study “Wonderfully Made: Becoming Who You Are In Christ” will provide thousands of young women with a practical resource to discover their true value, purpose and worth.
Our Conferences Reached Hundreds of Young Women
Through two Wonderfully Made Conferences, we had the privilege of sharing our testimonies, Biblical wisdom and the Gospel with nearly three hundred women. Decisions were made and lives were transformed!
Our Team Had the Privilege of Speaking to and Mentoring Girls
Several of us were presented with opportunities to volunteer and be a light to junior high and high school girls at various schools, youth groups and organizations. It is always a joy to speak truth and encouragement into the lives of girls.
This year was also our first year as a 501c3 non-profit organization, and we received $2,000 grant from Giving of Life thanks to thousands of votes from our community.
Without your support, we would be nowhere. If Wonderfully Made has impacted yoir life this year, we challenge and invite you to be a 2012 monthly supporter for as little as $10 a month so we can keep doing what we’re doing. Thank you!
